What about oil spills? Am I going to get any on my driveway?
Having properly trained staff is our first line of defense against oil spills. All of our service techs go through training provided by the Automotive Oil Change Association. While we work on your vehicle, there will be an over sized drain pan used to catch the oil. While this is typically enough, we also place a large mat under your vehicle that has a solid rubber backing and absorbent material on the top surface to catch and contain any rogue drips. We also carry an emergency spill kit in case anything was to ever happen.
What is done with the oil you remove from my car?
All used oil & filters are recycled with an EPA registered recyclers.
What if it rains or snows?
We usually work in the rain and snow. However, in the event of a very heavy rainfall or winter storm, we will contact you to reschedule.
Do I have to be present at the time of service?
No, provided prior arrangements have been made for payment and key pickup.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry over $1 million in coverage.
How soon can you service my vehicle?
Depending on our availability and your location, we can schedule your appointment with as little as 18 hours notice.
How are your techs qualified?
Each of our service techs has successfully completed the ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) light vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
How do I pay for service?
For phone payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
At your location, we accept the above credit card & checks. We do accept cash but do not carry change.

What areas do you service?

Can you service our vehicles before or after our business hours?
Absolutely, we will work with you to find a service schedule that works best for your business.
How often can you service our vehicles?
Each time we service your vehicles, we record your vehicle usage since our last service. This allows us to schedule our future services based on your usage needs. After each service stop, we will pre-schedule our next visit based on your usage.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & checks. For safety reasons, our service techs cannot accept cash.
Do we need to be there while your working on our vehicles?
No, if we are coming to you before or after business hours, we'll just make prior arrangements for key pickup. Our goal is to make your job easier.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry over $1 million in coverage.
Will you need to use our facilities?
We have a custom outfitted mobile service vehicle. Our unit is fully self contained, and we will not need to use any of your resources.

Is there any charge to offer this service to our employees?
No, this is a great employee benefit that is available to your business at no charge. You get to show your employees how much you value their time. They get to have the services performed while they work, meaning one less thing they need to do on their lunch break or after work.

How often do you come to our business?
We will work with you to determine an appropriate schedule, based on how many employees you have.
How do our employees sign up?
We will provide you with the necessary materials for employees to sign up. This allows us to come to your business fully prepared for the vehicles to be serviced on any particular visit.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry over $1 million in coverage. We can provide insurance certificates if need be.
Will you need to use our facilities?
We have a custom outfitted mobile oil change vehicle. Our unit is fully self-contained and we will not need to use any of your resources.
