Fleet Services

For many businesses, having a vehicle is a cost of doing business. That cost impacts the bottom line. The trick is to keep it from making as small as possible impact on the P & L statement.

With so many business owners/managers looking at ways to reduce this cost and go as green as possible, they are left with the question of how. How do we meet our needs and manage the maintenance of our fleet. Well, you hire advisors for your tax, banking, legal, marketing, and insurance needs. so wouldn't a fleet advisor be a good investment for  a healthy bottom line ?

A fleet vehicle isn't your daily transporter, It's a piece of equipment that is used to generate an income . To many small business owners/managers view it as a liability instead of the appreciable asset that it is.  If properly maintained (and herein lies the difference), These vehicles will offer better return on investment. A well maintained fleet will be more dependable, causing less downtime, be more affordable, and be safer to drive.

So what do we mean by "Properly maintained"? Most fleets are repaired as opposed to being maintained. When vehicles break, they get fixed. The time needed for the surprise breakdown costs you income and and employee salary, as well as the repair cost. Usually, these vehicles are repaired component by component, costing you way more  than proper maintenance. And later in life, they break more often and become more unreliable causing these owners to replace these vehicles sooner. A well maintained fleet  enjoys a systematic approach to servicing the vehicle aimed at reducing cascading effects on repairs, saving you time and money. If each system (i.e. Brakes, Engine, Sensory data, Cooling system, Etc) is properly serviced and maintained, then component failure and unplanned down time is drastically reduced along with your expenses.
